Location is fantastic right on The Wharf with lots of dining options and scenic views. Elevators were tricky to figure out at first. Fitness center is great, and the rooftop pool has amazing views. Parking fees are a bit high. Overall a solid stay.

The location is perfect, right on The Wharf with lots of restaurants and shops. The rooftop pool was too crowded, making it hard to relax. Noticed some noise from bars outside at night. Enjoyed the billiards table available; it was a fun addition. Would stay again for the vibe and convenience.

Hyatt House at the Wharf offers a prime location near attractions and a friendly staff. While breakfast was plentiful, it struggled with staffing and seating issues. Rooms were comfortable, though expectations around housekeeping services and room configurations could use clarification for a smoother stay.

The room was clean, but a bit worn out and cramped. The bed was reasonably comfortable, offering decent sleep after our busy days. the noise from the street made it difficult to rest, especially with sirens and late-night parties nearby. Hot water was an issue on the 8th floor; the shower barely warmed up. Housekeeping was diligent, but the lack of room service for our entire stay was disappointing. The rooftop pool provided a fun family spot. The sofa bed in one room had a problematic frame, restricting its use. Breakfast options were okay but lacked finesse.

Chilled at the National Zoo, watching those crazy monkeys, then hit up the awesome new wharf spot. So many cool places to eat and drink, the river views were sick! The room was comfy, the staff were mad friendly, and the whole vibe was on point!
Yo, just one thing - we needed a better party scene nearby for us young folks. More happening spots with live music or cool DJ sets would've been epic!

The outdoor space felt like a posh urban park, great for BBQs and chilling. Lovely rooftop pool. The hotel even lends pool toys - because who doesn't love playing with pool toys, right?
I felt truly pampered by the mysterious red spot in the toilet seat.

I absolutely loved the beautiful view from our room! The outdoor space with fire pits was perfect for relaxing under the stars. The staff went above and beyond, especially during breakfast—I felt so welcomed every morning!

A prime location—you won’t find a better spot. Walkable attractions, vibrant nightlife, fantastic waterfront views. The free breakfast is a solid perk, though the crowd can make it chaotic. Rooftop pool has decent views, albeit smaller than expected and often overcrowded. The cleanliness of the room was commendable. the staff’s demeanor was underwhelming. A lack of warmth and careful attention to minor issues left much to be desired. Consider the competition; friendly service matters. While the potential is evident, a more hospitable approach and reliable amenities are crucial for future visits.

The breakfast was top tier with gluten-free options available, and the beds were comfy. Located near the wharf, offering a fantastic evening stroll and close proximity to the national mall. The room size was adequate for two people, and the staff member Aurelia was exceptionally positive and helpful.
Customer service lacked warmth upon arrival, and the sofa bed was not prepared for the stay. Only three towels were provided in a room for six people, and the quality of the sofa bed was disappointing.

The location is fantastic—close to the National Mall and surrounded by lively restaurants along the boardwalk. Room size was generous and clean, with a convenient kitchenette. we faced a few hiccups: the air conditioning was unhelpful, making the nights uncomfortable, and while breakfast was included, it lacked variety. The rooftop pool offered a nice view but was smaller than expected. Staff was friendly and accommodating, but the parking situation was tricky and carts were unavailable upon arrival. With some improvements in maintenance and service, this place has great potential for families.

Our experience was frustrating. We arrived to find our room not ready until 4 PM, with no updates. The bar was closed, breakfast was chaotic, and we waited forever for basic items like cups and plates. Super disappointing!

It was convenient to have access to an iron and ironing board to touch up our clothes before heading out. The heating and air conditioning in the room worked well, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. We also appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in the room, allowing us to enjoy a hot beverage whenever we wanted. The terrace with garden furniture was a lovely spot to relax and take in the views. one area that could use improvement was the bathroom. While the bathtub was a nice feature, the free toiletries provided were of low quality and did not include lotion, which was a bit disappointing. In terms of services, we found the housekeeping to be inconsistent. There were times when our room was not serviced properly, and we had to request for towels and trash removal. It would have been better if housekeeping was more thorough and consistent throughout our stay. the valet parking was quite expensive, and it would have been nice to have a more affordable parking option available.

I loved how lively the Wharf area was with plenty of restaurants and bars just steps away, making it perfect for evening strolls and meals after a day of exploring, plus we were within a mile of amazing sights like the National Mall and the Smithsonian, which are just an easy walk away; the hotel had good amenities and a spacious breakfast area that added to our enjoyable stay, but the cleanliness of the rooms could definitely be improved.

The staff always greets you with a smile. The views from the elevated courtyard and pool are a real treat.
Prepare for a karaoke show right outside your window.

The staff was super friendly, helping us with extra beds quickly. The breakfast spread was great, with options for kids and lots of allergy-friendly choices.
Rates were on the higher side, but it's still worth it.

Our family had a blast at the Smithsonian's National Zoo, filled with cool animals and fun facts. The location near the Wharf made exploring easy, with great dining options and family-friendly activities. Our spacious room and friendly staff added to the enjoyable stay.
My kids wished for a larger pool for more family water fun.

Our room at the Wharf had a partial water view, a comfortable bed, and modern facilities. The valet parking service was convenient, and the location near the metro and bus stops made exploring the area easy. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

The location at the Wharf was fantastic, with easy access to a free shuttle and great views of the area.
Our experience was marred by several cleanliness issues. From stained sheets to dirty trash can lids and TV remotes, it was clear that the cleaning standards were lacking.

The view of downtown DC from my room at this waterfront hotel was stunning. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean and spacious, with a fully-equipped kitchenette. I enjoyed the soft pillows and the accessibility of the handicap room. The hotel's location was convenient, with great restaurants and attractions within walking distance.
